天日と風力で自然結晶させた、何も足さないミネラルが大変豊富な「海のうるおい塩」を使用しています。

水にこだわる

自然回帰水を使用しています。肉の細胞を活性化し、その肉本来の味をひきだしてくれる水です。

燻製材にこだわる

国産の桜チップのみを使用しています。各製品ごとに素材を活かす最適なスモークをしています。
